All orders are processed within  3-5  business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Your product will be ready to shipped in 5 business days once the order is received. Arrival date depends on DHL, we could provide a tracking number if requested by mail. * Restrictions Apply.

Refund And Returns

No returns and no refunds. 

If the product arrives mistaken, we would take care of a new shipment. Please email us as soon as possible at online@cafelasflores.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
