We sincerely appreciate your business and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us via email at within 7 days of receipt of the product. Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. You may receive a refund or exchange for a damaged item. However, we will only accept a return of product on whole bean and ground coffee, providing the product seal has not been broken.
