Savor this exquisite combination of our signature Café Las Flores Grandes Cosechas Roast and Ron Flor de Caña Centenario 18 year oak barrel aged rum. This unique fusion of coffee and rum is made possible through our own proprietary roasting process in partnership with Flor de Caña.
In the process of development, each of our signature Grandes Cosechas coffee beans are blended smoothly with Flor de Caña’s Ron Centenario Slow Aged 18 ®, 350 ml per pound of green coffee. These are then tanned with a Full City roast 200-210 C, where they acquire the organoleptic properties of Rum and a soft amber caramel color. Enjoy a cup with hints of oak, vanilla and toasted walnuts with a touch that lingers on the palate
